Dogs under 25 pounds and cats are allowed at Aber Avenue, Walden Ridge, and certain buildings at Finkbine. Cats ONLY are allowed at Broadway Condos, Lantern Park, and specific buildings at Woodlands. Wherever pets are allowed there is a $50 per month pet fee.Back to topHow much is the security deposit?
Generally the security deposit is equal to one months rent. We do reserve the right to require a co-signor and/or a double deposit. Back to topHow do I apply for tenancy?
You can download the application from our website, fill it out online, or you can pick one up at our office. There is a $25 processing fee. We do reserve the right to deny applications. Back to topHow do I add a roommate? The roommate needs to apply and get approved. Then ALL tenants in the apartment need to come to our office and fill out an "Add a Roommate" form. You have to come to our office and fill out a "Drop Of Roommate" from. We do not allow you to take the form with you. ALL tenants do not have to come in at the same time, but it needs to be signed by all tenants. Back to topDoes SouthGate spray for pests?
Yes, we have 2 pest control companies contracted to spray our units. If you notice pests in your apartment please call our office and we will have them come spray your unit. Back to topHow do I sublease?
There is a $250 sublet fee per your lease, fill out the sublet form and return it to our offfice with the $250. We will advertise it on an in-house flyer and post it on our website. You are responsible for any other advertising, i.e. Press Citizen. You are also responsible for showing your unit. The potential new tenant needs to fill out an application and be approved.
